| My windows were installed throughout the house on April 22nd. Mark, Zac, Fransisco, & Sal showed up promptly at 8:30am. It was immediately apparent that they were very experienced, as they unloaded & distributed each window to the appropriate areas of the house. The guys worked together in teams of two and were so friendly and truly enjoyed their jobs. By noon (amazing) they had completed the installation of all of my windows except for the garden window in the kitchen.[/important] Read More I offered to buy lunch if one of them could ride up to Subway with me & run in to get the food so that I could take my dog with me. The other guys kept right on working while we were away & didn't stop even when we returned until they completed the removal of the old kitchen window. They took a short break & then got right back to work. The entire job was completed so quickly & efficiently. Everything was left so clean. I was so pleased. I really enjoyed having them at the house, they were each so polite, friendly & accommodating. Going back to the beginning, my first meeting was with Bob Bruno. What a gentleman!! He is so knowledgeable & helpful. There was no pressure & he answered all of my questions so that I had a thorough knowledge of what I was purchasing. I felt confident in placing the order on spot. Prior to calling The Window Factory I had two other window companies come out to give me estimates. One of them, although very friendly, was not knowledgeable & took about one and a half weeks to get back to me, (I already had made the deal with The Window Factory) & in fact their windows did not meet the standards of The Window Factory. The other company sent out a salesperson that was high pressure & actually insultig when I had questions. His product was good but prices were higher. He followed up & I told him I went with The Window Factory, he harassed me trying to make a deal where he could beat your price. He was so obnoxious that I finally hung up on him. I felt very uncomfortable. After I placed the order with Bob, I realized that I really wanted grids in the windows. I felt so bad for changing the order but was so very pleased that The Window Factory was able to accommodate my request. I LOVE MY WINDOWS. They couldn't be nicer. It has made such a difference in my house. Everyone that has seen the windows comments on how beautiful they are. I proudly recommend The Window Factory. I hae been shopping for window covers & am now going to remodel my kitchen. I tell everyone I come in contact with that if they know of anyone that needs windows that they can feel very comfortable in referring them to The Window Factory. | I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased my wife and I are with the windows your company installed in our residence on March 31st, 2008. I would also like to let you know what a great team you have. From the initial meeting with our sales representative, Joe Kuykendall all the way through to installation was a very pleasant experience. Joe was very nice and low key. He knew the product and the many options available. He maintained contact with us, and he worked with us through the entire process. I would also like to thank Manny, Tony, Francisco and Gilbert, the team that installed our windows and sliding door. All of them were great. They installed our windows in one day, (21 windows and a sliding door.) We were initially told the job was a two possibly three day job. The windows look fantastic, and the installation job was awesome. My wife and I could tell they all really care about the job they are doing. The job was neat and professional, and it lookes great. The sliding glass door was somewhat of a pain, but Gilbert did a great job. He talked with me bout how I wanted the door finished off, and it came out great. We have embarked on many home improvement projects throughout the years with our last two houses. We had a very unpleasant experience with our last house when we had new windows installed, as a result we were very hesitant this time around. We had a few companies come out for bids, we took a very close look at all of them from the product to the warranty. Both my wife and I agreed after seeing the product, ad visiting the showroom, choosing The Window Factory was a no brainer. Again, thank you very much for everything. >We are going to need a new front door in the near future and we will definitely be calling you again. | Just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the new windows your company installed on July 12, 2002 for our home. We have already noticed how much quieter it is inside and we are sure it will be cooler inside during the day as well. The main reason we wanted your window is because of the energy efficiency we were informed of, the beauty the windows present is just an added bonus for us. We should have done this long ago. We also want to advise you of how professional and courteous your installers were. Mr. Carlos Guerrero and Mr. Jonah Perry are definitely assets to your company. They were both eager to answer any questions we had and instructed us on many features our new windows offer. | You guys did a really awesome job with my parent’s windows. They look really great, and they can already tell the difference with the temperature inside the house. The installers were really polite, courteous and professional at all times. My mother especially loved that they were really clean and left the immediate area they were working in just how they found it.
