Home improvement in-home sales experience preferred but will consider real estate industry and insurance professionals wanting to make a career change.The right candidate will be an energetic, self-motivating, effective communicator who is able to excel in an independent and aggressive sales environment. He/she will be provided appointments generated by our industry leading advertising and marketing department, but also must have the ability and desire to research, cold-call around existing installations and to develop business.You will establish long lasting relationships to maximize sales/customer contribution.
Additional requirements include the following:Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet)Knowledge of the construction/building industry.Weekly report management, submitting activity and results reports, daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses.Helps resolve customer complaints by communication with customer and management.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
