For three years now, the San Diego Union-Tribune's "Best of San Diego Readers Poll" has voted on the "Best Window Company," and all three years The Window Factory has come out on top. The yearly poll by San Diego's top daily newspaper determines San Diego's favorite picks in over 60 categories including home improvement, entertainment and customer services and is conducted through write-in votes (meaning there are NO pre-selected choices). For three years in a row, San Diegans have written in "The Window Factory" as their window company of choice! Thank you San Diego!

The Window Factory has been the recipient of the Torch Award from the BBB which is presented annually to outstanding businesses recognized for their commitment to exceptional standards in relationships with their customers, employees, suppliers, competitors, and the surrounding communities.
