At the time of its incorporation in 1997, The Window Factory's key personnel came together from a variety of other regional companies involved in the window and door industry.

Each member of the team brought with them nearly a decade's worth experience, expertise and key contacts, enabling the newly formed company to establish it's business model based on industry best practices for business management, manufacturing, installation and customer support.
